4/10
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food tasted good. But we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time, and the waitress was rude, shouted at guests in Serbian, and brought the wrong order after nearly an hour. She didn't even apologize. Customer support for international guests is lacking, and the language barrier is clearly part of the problem.

Breakfast was good, but the rest was often old or out of order. The fridge didn't work, and the shower temperature kept changing by itself. We specifically asked for air conditioning and were promised it, but even with it on the room was over 28C.
