4/10
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, so it was fine for a single night. But there was nothing in the room, not even a way to make coffee, and breakfast was poor, with what seemed like leftovers from weddings. No coffee or juice machine either. The pool had no sun loungers and nobody seemed to use it. Worst of all, we had no hot water. I wouldn't recommend it overall.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were dirty. The stairs were a mess too, with bird droppings all over from the birds flying around.

The music was so loud that it was almost impossible to talk to the staff, and the whole place felt poorly organized and unprofessional. Even though my reservation was confirmed, I wasn't given a room. A very disappointing stay.

Very unprofessional. The breakfast they served seemed to be leftovers from weddings. A disaster and a disappointment.

At 10 PM, despite a confirmed Booking.com reservation, I was told there was no room for me. We had to find somewhere else late at night, and luckily Hotel Apostolovic Plus welcomed us warmly. A loud wedding made conversation at reception impossible, and we had to push through the guests with our luggage. I've never had service this unprofessional or unacceptable. I'd avoid this place.
