The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and worked well, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. Check-in was quick, and the TV was good. The location was convenient too. The kitchen was just a counter and sink at first, but the receptionist was very helpful and brought a combined toaster oven and stovetop unit to our room when we asked. The fridge smelled a bit off, and the internet was unreliable at times.

I stopped by today to see the place and ask about the conditions. As soon as you walk in, the small lobby on the second floor smells strongly of smoke, and it's combined with a cafe. If you don't smoke, I'd avoid it. The listing also says there's laptop access, but there wasn't any.

The place is cute, clean, and central, though Niš is small enough that plenty of places are central. Wi-Fi was the big problem: in my apartment it showed just one bar, and the connection couldn't even load email properly. Since Wi-Fi is advertised, management should know whether it works in the rooms, and this seems easy to check with a phone. Four rooms could suit you if you only need somewhere to sleep for a night. If you need internet for work or YouTube, I'd look elsewhere.

The rooms are modern, spotless, and in a great spot. They work well for a night or a longer stay, whether you're traveling with friends or family.

The reception service was friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Rooms are cozy, with TV and Wi-Fi, plus great bathrooms and air conditioning. The beds could be better, though.
