The owners were charming and helpful, and the apartment was clean and tidy. It’s good value, with a nice location, a small kitchen stocked with the necessary utensils, heating and cooling, and laundry facilities. There’s also a safe parking spot right beside the apartment.

We had a great time in Niš, and staying here was part of that. The apartment was spacious and neat, and the neighborhood was quiet. The landlady was very polite. A great place for a family, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Before we arrived, she kept asking for the money. She was rude on the phone and called me at all hours about payment. She also tried to reach me on Viber, then deleted hers. In the end, we chose a different apartment.

The owner was kind and helpful, and we got the accommodation we had booked. Everything was perfect.
