We arrived from abroad with two little kids and discovered that the pool wasn’t heated, even though we booked based on Booking’s description of a heated pool. We had to find another hotel. The owner said he would refund us, but two weeks later he still wasn’t replying to my messages and would hang up when I called. He also marked us as a cancellation due to no show, so we couldn’t leave him a review on Booking. What shameful behavior. I’d read about a similar case from three months before our stay, but unfortunately I saw it too late. We lost 180 euro and had a horrible experience. Stay away from this cheater hotel!

The roof balcony had a good view, and the room was nice, with fast, free Wi-Fi. An employee spoke English and helped us figure out how and where to pay for our PCR test for going to Creece.

Everything you need, and a lovely, helpful owner. The place is clean and comfortable, about a 10 min walk from the city center. I can’t recommend it enough. Enjoy your stay, and see you soon.
