Garni Hotel Boutique 25h

I’ve never had a worse hotel stay. The room was filthy, the furniture was broken, there was mold in the bathroom, and insects were crawling on the walls. The sheets and towels had stains, and the whole place smelled musty. The food was cold, stale, inedible, and seemed possibly spoiled. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful, and ignored complaints. A disaster. If you care about cleanliness, basic hygiene, or decent service, stay far away.

There were bed bugs in room #7 on the top floor. I stayed four days and housekeeping never came. I didn’t see a single staff member on site, and the keys were just left on the counter for check-in. The internet doesn’t work on the upper floors. The owner wouldn’t acknowledge any problems or offer a partial refund.

After a 12-hour trip, we were exhausted and expected something like the photos on booking .com. Instead, it was a shock. The receptionist was friendly but couldn’t speak English, and there was no elevator for our luggage. The terrace table was broken, the kettle had no lid for making tea, and the walls were so humid that the paint was peeling. The TV didn’t work until my husband fixed it. They said parking was private, but it was just on the pavement with all the other local cars. Not recommended!

A small but good hotel, very near the city center. The rooms are lovely, modern, comfortable, and clean. Parking is available in front, but you have to pay on site.
