The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good, and parking was easy. The Caesar salad was huge and tasty. But smoking is allowed everywhere, which will bother non-smokers, and the rooms aren’t soundproof, so noise travels in and out.

The location is near the city centre but away from crowded, noisy places. The rooms were clean, and the people were pleasant and helpful.

6/10
The location was super quiet and peaceful, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was delicious. But the constant cigarette smell throughout the building really bothered us during our one-day stay. Thankfully, it wasn’t as strong in our room.

4/10
The location was reasonably convenient, but Hotel Crystal Light didn’t live up to what I expected and I wouldn’t return. The photos on Booking.com made it look stylish and comfortable, yet my family and I got a rather mediocre room that didn’t resemble the online pictures. The service was disappointing too. The front desk staff, especially the young lady at check-in, wasn’t very accommodating and did little to make us feel welcome. For the price and expectations created by the online presentation, the stay fell short.

The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. But our room smelled of tobacco, and when we mentioned it, they said smoking is allowed in Serbia. The room was very noisy, and light came in under the door.
