Tami Residence

Staff were straight-up rude, and getting to the hotel meant winding through tiny streets and passages among small houses. Inside, the rooms looked aesthetic at first, but there was a lot of dirt and plenty of broken things. They tried to charge us for damage that was already there, though thankfully we had taken photos beforehand as evidence. The shower setup sends water everywhere. And it's unacceptable that you can't bring in food or even water from a supermarket when there isn't a bar or cafeteria open at all times. I don't recommend it.

The location made getting there awkward, with all the little streets, and the staff weren't very friendly. At first the rooms seemed decent, but a closer look showed crumbs and dust under the beds and in the corners. A desk in the wardrobe, meant for a suitcase, was broken and just painted over. We spotted that before putting anything on it, so they couldn't charge us for it too. A curtain had a cigarette burn that we didn't notice when we arrived. Since we had no evidence it was already there, they charged us for it. I'd suggest checking the whole room and photographing any damage as soon as you arrive. A really poor experience.

We won't be coming back. The hotel's layout was confusing and the location was terrible. The rooms were dirty, and one towel was clearly used. Water goes everywhere when you shower, and the staff didn't even try to act nice. They made the whole stay really unpleasant.

The room was modern, the wifi was good, and parking was easy. It's a bit removed from everything, though that also seems to mean the air is a little better. Breakfast was okay. I'd have liked more homemade cakes and freshly squeezed juice.
