The passport mix-up cost us an extra 500 km that day. We noticed 250 km after leaving, and the staff showed little interest in helping beyond offering to mail them, which could take two days. They didn't even apologize. We had also been assured they'd cover parking for our second car, but we got a ticket. There’s only one public street parking spot, and they hadn’t mentioned that. We were charged more than the email quote, and even more than the amount on the invoice. Paying by card wasn’t possible because their terminal wasn’t working, though nearby bars accepted cards without trouble. The rooms are tiny, and outside AC noise was loud. The receptionist talked on the other side of the window all night. The place felt completely disorganized. The receptionist seemed unconcerned about guests. We were very disappointed with our stay.

Right in central Niš, this is a cozy place with clean, modern rooms, Wi-Fi and parking. Breakfast is organic. I’d recommend Krevet i Doručak.

Breakfast, which costs extra, is served at a nearby café called Lagano. If you’re there on Sunday, you can’t get the breakfast you paid for because they don’t serve it that day. They still charge for it, though.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is at a café nearby, but the staff there weren’t especially helpful or quick. We waited 40 minutes.
