The only real draw is that it's a stone's throw from the city center. If all you want is the cheapest place close to the main street, and nothing else matters, it may suit you. Otherwise, even basic expectations are a stretch. The owners seem unconcerned about hygiene or safety: there was dust, stains on the floors and walls, broken bathroom fittings, and empty bulb sockets at belly height. There's no parking either, so you'll have to pay for it Monday through Saturday.

This has been my worst stay in Serbia so far. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows even worse. Wi-Fi barely reached the room, so I had to move around to find a usable signal. It was also nearly impossible to get hold of the host unless I called; he didn't answer messages.

The owners let you park at their house, a three-minute walk away, in a safe neighborhood with some consulates. There are just two rooms on the top floor for families or groups, and they share a kitchen with a small fridge. In 40°C heat those top-floor rooms get quite hot, and the air conditioning can't keep up.

It's clean and comfortable for a good price, very close to the city center. Walking there alone at night feels a little dark. There's no reception or room service, and you can only get in touch by phone.

The view of the city is actually a picture of the neighbor's messy balcony, and the smell is awful. The place was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The owner provided bad service. A really terrible experience.
