The Only One Apartment

We were put up in a house a two-minute walk from the apartments, and it was really spacious. The location is perfect too, just three to four minutes on foot to the centre. But the bedrooms were extremely cold because the heating wasn't working properly. The soundproofing was zero, so you could hear everything.

I couldn't get into the room I'd paid for, even though it was still before checkout time. The hotel had given it to other guests without my consent and said it was because I hadn't answered their calls, which isn't acceptable. They offered no refund. They also threw away my remaining belongings, claiming only trash was left. A very disappointing experience.

Clean and cozy, and very close to the city centre. Excellent accommodation.

The rooms were clean, but I found the mattresses and pillows uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny with no ventilation, and they provided only liquid soap for both the shower and sink, with no other toiletries. The staff were fairly friendly, but they didn't communicate with one another. We had to convince other receptionists that we were hotel guests and had paid for parking, which Google said should be free. We hadn't been given a receipt when we paid. I wouldn't rate the hotel above two stars, though I'm a foreigner and maybe this is standard in Serbia. My overall experience gets a 3/5.
