The service was great, the spa really good, and the food was great too. The peaceful location is ideal if you want to get away from Belgrade's noise and bustle and relax. That's why I'm giving the stay 4 stars, but the rooms get 2. In the first room, the carpet was dirty and the cleaning didn't seem thorough. I also saw a bug in the tray for the glasses marked sterilized and disinfected. The extra pillow and blanket in the closet were stained. We had booked a different room, so we switched when the first one didn't match what we reserved. They couldn't reduce the price for the wrong room, but did give us the room we had booked. Even there, the carpet hadn't been cleaned properly, and the spare pillow and blanket had stains. The listing mentioned slippers and a hair dryer, among other things, but none were in the room. You have to dry your hair downstairs at the spa, where they only have one hair dryer.

We had such an amazing time on our first visit to Novi Bečej and hotel Tiski Cvet. The people there were all lovely and helpful, and the new owners Ivana and Danica made us feel especially welcome. The hotel's own SPA has an indoor and outdoor pool, jacuzzi tub, infrared and finish sauna, and tepidarium. They also offer professional massage. What makes it especially notable is the thermal-mineral water source, which supplies all the showers and pools. We'd definitely recommend a visit. Our one regret is that we didn't stay a couple more days.

The pool was fantastic, filled with unique natural thermomineral water, and I had a great visit. The saunas weren't working at this time of year, though. I'd still recommend the place.

The service was very professional, and the location, spa, and pool are just right for healing body and soul. Great value too. I'll definitely be back.

I stayed at this charming, quiet little Hotel for medical rehabilitation. There are indoor and outdoor pools with thermal water, plus a wellness center. The staff are kind and accommodating, and they tried hard to sort out meals for me as a vegetarian. The medical center has a highly qualified physiotherapist. I'd recommend it for a romantic weekend or wellness stay.
