The upkeep and cleaning need serious attention. The place felt like a communist relic frozen in 1999, and I can't understand how it still has a four-star rating. Barely two stars, in my view. The maintenance and cleaning crew should be fired.

The breakfast wasn't satisfying, and the price doesn't match the accommodation. The area isn't touristy, which might explain the standard of what's on offer.

Polite staff and good service, in a great place.

The location is very good and everyone was friendly. Everything else was fine too, though the rooms could use an update and some modernization.

The restaurant was a letdown. The soup I ordered tasted like instant supermarket soup, and the place is urgently in need of renovation.
