The location is great, but the building feels like an architectural mockery, much like the hotel's approach. There was mould in the bathroom, too. You can find plenty of better hotels and places to stay in Novi Sad.

There were so many food choices nearby, along with lovely-looking churches and plenty of supermarkets. The location gets 5/5 from me. We enjoyed the stay and the comfy bed; our room was medium-sized, though it didn't have YouTube or Netflix. I'd rate the room 4.7/5 and the okay service 3.6/5. There weren't any water bottles in the room.

The view of the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady is beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a typical bad smell coming from the bathroom. Most of the staff were very friendly, but one restaurant waiter was quite rude to people who stayed past the scheduled breakfast or lunch service hours.

Room 206 was on the building's corner, with big windows looking toward the church and lots of other things. The room was large and clean, and smelled nice. There's a mini-bar, and breakfast was very good. Wi-Fi is free and works, though it disconnects sometimes. The location is TOP!

Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance, since the hotel is right in the city center. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast had lots of different things to choose from.
