The staff were kind, and I really appreciated how professionally they replied to emails. The weekend package is worth considering. The wellness area is modest but relaxing, and the hotel has a private, restful feel for a weekend away. Food was above average with generous portions. Breakfast cappuccino was excellent, with good quality coffee and foamed milk. Maybe labels could be added to the breakfast dishes. All in all, a pleasant weekend at a good price.

We almost had the amazing spa entirely to ourselves. The customer service was superb, and I couldn’t fault it. The location could be closer to town, but taxis are so cheap.

We loved the hotel’s funky neo-baroque style. It’s centrally located, with several nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and there’s a small pool and sauna spa in the cellar.

The breakfast was tasty, the beds were great, and the rooms were clean. Reception welcomed us with a smile, and the ladies gave us all the information we needed. There’s private parking, a refreshing indoor pool and spa, and a gym where you can work out. A perfect hotel for a few days exploring Novi Sad.

The staff weren’t helpful when I raised the problems. My room was stuffy and hot, and the air conditioning didn’t work. They told me that was just how it was, so I had to open the windows and put up with street noise instead of getting a good night’s sleep. The room was inadequate, parts of the bathroom didn’t work, and there was nowhere to put my toiletries.
