The room is nice, but the hot water doesn’t last long enough for more than one person to shower. Parking around the area is awful too. You can only pay for two hours, then you have to move your car. If you’re driving, I’d look for somewhere with its own parking.

Ivi Place apartment was very clean and comfortable. We arrived during a thunderstorm and heavy rain in Novi Sad, and communication with Aleksandar was great. I’d highly recommend it if you want to be near everything while still somewhere quiet.

It can seem a little complicated to find IVI place apartments at first, but once you do, you realize you’re only 50 m from Novi Sad tow center. Parking is a bit of a problem, though that’s true across Novi Sad. The apartment owner was a great help and is always there for you. Honestly, it’s probably best to forget the car during your stay, since you won’t need it. The apartments are clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Enjoy NOVI SAD. I have

The owner was friendly, and the furniture seemed fairly new. Still, there were so many cockroaches in the second-floor room 😓. We even came across a couple of dead ones in the kitchen.

The only snag was parking. Otherwise, everything was new and clean, and the owner was really kind. The center is just a three-minute walk away. A perfect ten, and I’d recommend it.
