Milan deserves special mention. He stayed approachable and kept finding ways to make a difficult situation feel easy for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we felt very well looked after. The rooms are clean, nicely styled, and affordable, right by the start of the pedestrian zone and near the river. Breakfast from the menu was fantastic, especially the omelette, and the connected restaurant serves excellent food.

Breakfast downstairs was served just right, and Milan even came to open the automatic parking gates for us. The hotel is spotless, with a great spot on the pedestrian street. Milan was a wonderful host, and everyone we met was kind and ready to help.

We stayed in a huge two-bedroom room, with plenty of space. It was modern, lovely, and spotless. The staff were attentive and helpful, and we were glad to have the minibar and free WiFi. Shops and restaurants are close by in the town centre.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the hosts were on hand for questions. The rooms sit right in the heart of Novi Sad, which makes exploring the city convenient. There’s a really good restaurant downstairs too, so breakfast is easy. Highly recommended ☺️
