The staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved the delicious dinners and breakfasts at the shore restaurant. The rooms are spacious, lovely, clean, and set up for comfort and safety, with tea and coffee facilities too. With hot Novi Sad weather, it felt like a breath of fresh air to wake up just a short walk from the Danube river. The place is quiet and away from the city's activity. The old military area on the way in looked wild, but don't let that put you off. There's a huge parking area on the property or right in front of the bungalows for convenience. We'll definitely be back.

The location was nice, but we found a dead rat outside our room on the first day, which really put my wife and me off. The cleaning also wasn't up to the standard I'd expect of a four-star resort. At 2am, we had a frightening experience and thought someone was trying to break into our room. The receptionist on duty wasn't helpful when we reported it. We spent the rest of the night uneasy and shocked.

On the other days, the food was good. But at the New Year's Party, both the starter and main course were bad, and so was the dessert. We also weren't told the party ended at 2AM.

It's a nice-looking place on the north bank of the Danube river, and the service was good. I wasn't keen on the food, though. As a local, I felt the main course should have been better compared with other nearby restaurants. This was a wedding reception, so eating there on your own terms might be a different experience.

The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, though it had an odd smell. Breakfast was good, but there was no bread toaster. It's a quiet place by the Danube river, with rooms and parking for motorvans. Reception is open round the clock. We checked in late and the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. A nice stay overall.
