AVOID! I first stayed here twice in 2022 and liked it, so I came back in September 2025. Good air conditioning, or klima, was the main reason I chose the place again. I wouldn't book anywhere in Southern Serbia in September without klima. After I checked in and asked for the remote, the receptionist told me none of the rooms had klima because they were waiting for the annual servicing. I'd paid for an air-conditioned room and didn't get one. They refused to reduce the bill or offer any other compensation. This feels like unfair or fraudulent trading.

The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choices for me as a lacto-ovo vegetarian. The staff were friendly, and there was secure parking for our bikes. Great value for the price. My only complaint is the stairs to the rooms and reception. Carrying all our bags up after a long day riding was difficult. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We stayed for a day.

The rooms are spacious, and breakfast is nice. It's good value for money, but not wheelchair accessible. You have to carry luggage up a staircase as soon as you enter, and there's no elevator.

The receptionists were helpful and arranged maintenance, and they made delicious Italian coffee. Still, some rooms had no working air conditioner, and we had no hot water in our rooms on some days. The hotel is on a very busy, noisy city street. Be aware that the rooms are smoking areas.

Free parking is available, and breakfast was really good, better than at many hotels we've stayed in. The sheets were clean, and the staff welcomed us warmly. It's also close to the market, with lots of little bakeries and meat shops.
