I was passing through Serbia and stayed for just one night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. I had trouble reaching the caretaker that evening, and communication with her was almost impossible because I don’t speak Serbian. Apart from that, everything was fine. Recommended.

We weren’t happy with our stay. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was really unpleasant, and I think cleanliness needs more attention. ⭐

Service was okay, and the public parking lot is in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The restroom and bathroom are shared, though, and could use occasional cleaning. The basement is dark, perhaps reflective mirrors on the windows would help. There’s also a musty smell that stays on your clothes. It’s not the smell of decomposing bodies, just stale and lingering. The interior of this well-preserved “escort agency” (brothel) suited me, since my profession has me staying in similar places in Syria, Iraq, and Ukraine, under an unwritten ceasefire agreement between the parties concerning these establishments. My daughter, who’s an activist with organizations fighting human trafficking, had reservations, so I wouldn’t bring my family in case it spoiled the stay.

The owner is enterprising, the price is fair, and the location is excellent. I’d highly recommend it 👍
