The staff were friendly and very polite, and the breakfast was filling, varied, and really tasty. Our room was large and spotless, with new furniture, a modern bathroom, and comfortable beds. Everything was first-rate!

The room was clean, but it wasn’t ready when we arrived. The staff didn’t speak another language, and when we came back, they didn’t even have the rooms we’d reserved.

The location is awful, with a large factory right across the road.

It was okay.

We woke up to an icy room, and later my friend had a sore rash on his back. The heating barely worked, we had no extra blanket, and there was no hot water in the shower. There was also no internet, soap, or TV remote, and the TV had its cables pulled out. The room had bugs, cockroaches, spiders, and cobwebs, with dirty beds and hair in them, plus dirt under the bed. It smelled of sewage, and smoke from the factory came in. The door frame was broken, the lamps didn’t work, and the toilet leaked. Nobody was at reception.
