We had a great time. It's a very good space for weddings and birthdays.

The staff are amazingly friendly, five stars for them. There's freshly made Turkish coffee for free at reception, which gets two thumbs up, and the TV has full cable. The room is cleaned and given fresh towels daily, so no complaints there. The bathroom could use some work, though it's definitely usable. They don't serve breakfast, as stated, so don't expect any, but there are enough shops nearby. It looks ideal for a large celebration, with everything very plush. With a restaurant and a bathroom in better shape, I'd give it five stars.

The waiters and staff were excellent, 10/10. They kept glasses full and ashtrays empty, also 10/10. The food and drink selection gets 5/10, and the music was too loud and unbalanced, 3/10.

The service was perfect, polite, quick, and efficient. I was there as a guest at my friend's wedding. The food was okay, but the decorations weren't very satisfying and could have been more creative and colorful. Special thanks to waiter Mr Milan Rakic. Big well done, and thank you.
