FAMILY RESORT SUBOTICA Apartman 1

I had three long work stays in Subotica, and each time I stayed in one of Dejans Apartments. They were clean, luxurious, comfortable, and very pleasing. Weekly cleaning was arranged around my work so I wasn’t disturbed. For hot days there was AC in the office, living room, and bedroom. The grocery store downstairs was handy for quick shopping. I could reach Dejan with questions or for help, including once when I needed a doctor. I had a great experience with Family Resort, and Dejan is a big-hearted, helpful, friendly guy. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it.

We felt at home right away in this modern apartment. It had everything we needed, from pots, pans, dishes, spices, and oil to a washing machine with detergent. The Maxi supermarket is in the building, there’s a bakery about 50 meters away, and the town center is roughly a 10-minute walk. We were very impressed and would absolutely recommend it.

I’ve tried two different apartments here and was more than satisfied with both. The elegant furnishings made us feel at home, and the cleaning and service were excellent from arrival through departure. Whenever something came up, the landlord was reachable and took care of it reliably. Underground parking, the fitness room on site, and bicycles were welcome extras. Highly recommend.

Dejan deserves a special thanks, 10/10. I’ve rarely had a landlord so nice and helpful. The modern apartments are fully equipped with things like a coffee maker, cookware, cutlery, hairdryer, and washing machine. It’s around a 10-minute walk to the city center and about five minutes to Subotica’s large market. The bakery across the street and the supermarket on the complex’s ground floor are handy, and both open daily. There’s underground parking, plus a fitness area and e-bikes you can use for free.
