We paid for the reservation through an agency, but nobody answered the phone for several days, which made us suspicious. When we arrived, the woman who met us was extremely rude and wouldn’t let us stay because she’d already given the apartment to someone else. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

We had a reservation, but the hosts ignored our messages and calls. When we arrived, the owner had already given the accommodation to somebody else, leaving us in a very unpleasant situation. They were unprofessional and unfriendly. I don’t recommend this place.

We were turned away after they took our money, so I didn’t even get to stay there. The host’s unprofessionalism made for an extremely unpleasant experience. I can’t recommend this accommodation.

We’d booked and paid, but on arrival the hosts wouldn’t let us into the apartment, saying it had already been rented. They were rude and unprofessional.

Everything was basically fine, but I think the room we chose as non-smoking may also be available to smokers. That was my only issue. :(
