The price they gave me was a lie.

As a restaurant, the ground floor is delicious: food comes out quickly, and to me it may even be the best place in the city. The hotel rooms upstairs are another matter. They're quite narrow with little space, and I noticed dust on some of the shelves. Getting to a store takes a seven-minute walk, while the center is 10-15 minutes away. In cold weather, the heating only runs for 2-3 hours once a day. The air conditioning helped somewhat, so I didn't freeze. Also, the gates are locked after 11:00 PM; if you're late, you have to climb over the fence. It's fine for a one-day stay, but for a week I'd look elsewhere.

There's greenery all around this quiet, tucked-away place, close enough to the center while still letting you sleep peacefully and wake to birds. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds, which matters to me because of my spine problems. Air conditioning, TV, Wifi, everything is 1A. The staff are friendly, the coffee is excellent, and it looks like they're getting a pizzeria ready. The breakfast room has a pleasant atmosphere and would be perfect for a small celebration. The accommodation is high quality and very pleasant, and the price is absolutely affordable.
