The large duplex room was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The main problem was the cleanliness elsewhere: my white socks went grey in half an hour, and the balcony was very dirty, with dust on the tables, bird droppings, and an empty beer can in a corner. Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, though it seemed like one person was handling everything, from cleaning to cooking and reception. It’s easy to reach from the highway, on the main road to Vranje. For an affordable one-night stop, it does the job.

A good choice for a short stay. The place is old but clean, the staff are very nice, and the price is low. It’s warm in winter, has air conditioning for summer, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. Since it’s a “Garni” hotel, there isn’t a proper restaurant or bar. Breakfast is an omelette or frankfurters with tea or coffee and a fresh bun.
