Hotel Nais

The people we met were the best part of our New Year stay, especially sales manager Ana Mirkovič, who was both a great friend and a real professional. We’re glad we got to meet them. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I’d recommend it. The food was great, and the spa had a salt room, sauna, swimming pool, and other facilities. I had a perfect New Year celebration!

The New Year’s Eve package was expensive, and what we got didn’t match what had been advertised. The festive dinner portions were strictly limited per person and fell short of the stated conditions and our expectations. That felt misleading for the price. The food in general was very poor, badly prepared, and left me seriously concerned about hygiene and food safety. Our room was cold and uncomfortable, and its lighting didn’t work. I reported it to reception, but nothing was done. The atmosphere was depressing, and the service quality was extremely poor for the high prices. I couldn’t see anything that justified the cost. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I’d never return, and I strongly recommend avoiding the place if you care about your health, comfort, and time.

The restaurant was way overpriced, and the whole stay was a very expensive, bad experience. Our room was filthy: there was dirty toilet paper on the sheets under the duvet, and it seemed like the bedding probably hadn’t been changed. There was no shampoo, just soap in a dispenser that didn’t work. I definitely don’t recommend it.

The buffet was plentiful at both breakfast and dinner. Our room was very good too, with a great mattress and amazing soundproofing.
