UTP "Srbija Tis"

I had to go back and forth between the hotel and another place five times before I finally got my Western Union money. The lobby girl, whatever her name is, first said she didn't have it. The other place couldn't pay me because the transaction had already begun. I returned and asked her to cancel it; she said she had, but the other place still couldn't give me the money. Back at the hotel, she started telling me about Western Union apps. I said I just wanted my money, and she sent me back again. The hotel staff were rude and didn't want to help the client. Shame on you. I'm never coming back.

The location is very central, close to restaurants, shops, and the rail station, and the reception staff were friendly. My room was clean, basic, and furnished in a modern style. The bathroom was satisfactory, with hand soap and shower gel dispensers. I had a good evening meal at the on-site restaurant, and it was well priced. I could smell smoke even though my room was non-smoking, so other nearby rooms may have allowed smoking or someone was smoking where they shouldn't. The restaurant visit was also somewhat spoiled by the lack of non-smoking sections.

I had the most contact with reception, and the staff there were very kind and cooperative. Whenever I needed information, they gave it to me. I have no complaint about their service or kindness at all. The building itself is the weak point: it's quite old and needs extensive renovation, which would mean a significant investment. Whether that happens is entirely up to the hotel's management.

The rooms and apartments are spacious and clean, the food is top notch, and the hospitality is amazing.
