Vladimir made our dinner especially enjoyable. He was professional and polite, attentive without hovering, and his recommendations were excellent. He kept checking that everything was right through the evening. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality stood out. It’s a pleasure to meet staff who clearly care about their guests. There are lovely views everywhere, from the room to the breakfast area and even the wine and cigar room. The facilities are excellent, with two swimming pools and a good selection of saunas. Breakfast and dinner weren’t the best I’ve ever had, but both were really good, with plenty of variety and great quality. The main improvements I’d suggest are more stable Wi-Fi in the rooms and free drinking water.

We paid 3870 eur for a Superior apartment but were given a junior suite with a broken sofa. We tried to explain this at reception, but we were the only ones who spoke English, and they told us we’d have to stay in the junior suite with the uncomfortable sofa. The food was almost the same every day, nothing remarkable, like canteen food, and no beverages were included. The New Year’s Eve gala was awful: we were served pasta, rice and beans, and at midnight we didn’t get a glass of champagne. In short, I’d give the hotel 2 or maybe 3 stars. It showed no respect for foreigners!

We slept like babies in the huge, incredibly comfortable bed. Our room was modern, very big and well equipped, with glass-walled modern bathrooms, a minibar with everything we needed, and a tea and coffee maker. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The location is really nice and easy to find, and the free parking is a big deal on crowded Zlatibor, where finding a spot can be impossible. 360 Sky Restaurant was very nice and modern, with a nice view. The pool area is also big, modern and lovely, and we enjoyed the swimming and jacuzzi. The salt room and various saunas were pleasant too. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very tasty. Dinner was tasty as well, with so many food options. We were very pleased with the hotel and recommend it to everyone. We’ll visit again.
