Hotel Mir

Our five days were peaceful and quiet, and the room was comfortable, with a good bed and lots of outlets for charging devices. It had a minibar, a nice bathroom with a shower, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer, but no toothpaste or toothbrushes, so bring your own. There is private parking for guests. The receptionists were very friendly, professional, and helpful, and the room was nice. Breakfast was tasty, with mostly local meat products and pies, plus salads, coffee, apple and orange juice, fruit, honey, and jam. Juice was available at breakfast but not dinner. Dinner included soup, cooked dishes, burgers with fries, grilled vegetables, and salads. Kids can spend a lot of time in the spacious, clean playroom. There's also a pool, spa, and salt room. The staff were very friendly, and we'll definitely come back in summer. Highly recommend!

The receptionist, Nicolina, was very rude and had a very poor attitude. The treatment made us feel like we were in some kind of prison. We got no when we asked about air conditioning, hot water, towels, a kettle, room cleanliness, room service, or checking out early to move to another hotel. For every answer, it was no, except when we asked if they had an answer to anything, they said they didn't know. I'd recommend finding another hotel with staff who deal with guests more professionally.

The staff were nice, and the food was okay, but there wasn't much to choose from. The hotel is okay, though I don't think it deserves four stars, more like two or three. Our room had dirty blankets, table, walls, and floor, and no toothpaste or toothbrushes. Construction sites everywhere made it impossible to sleep past 7 in the morning. One odd thing, there was juice at breakfast but not dinner.

The lobby has a beautiful glass lounge near the dining area, where you can enjoy the view with a meal, coffee, or tea. The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk to the center or a 2-minute taxi ride that should cost around 200-250 RSD. There's enough parking for everyone. Our winter room was cozy, warm, and clean, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony looked out over the forest. Breakfast was good, with local Serbian dishes and especially tasty Zlatibor food. The staff were friendly. I'd stay again without hesitation when I visit Zlatibor.
