The location is handy, about a five-minute walk from Lake Kivu and a couple of minutes from the border with Congo. It's a cozy place with affordable prices and very good WiFi. The staff are amazing and supportive, and suggest different things to make your stay enjoyable. The service is very nice too.

The terrace and garden are nice, and the hotel is close to the border if you're traveling to or from DRC. But they tried to move me to another room, and I only got the one I'd booked after I pushed back. They insisted I pay on arrival so they could restock, and there was no hot water. My first experience was so awful that I didn't even want the free breakfast. I won't be back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Inside, though, the hotel feels old and could use an update, and the bathroom facilities weren't great either. It may once have been a nice place for a longer holiday, but now I'd only recommend it for a quick overnight stay before crossing the border.

The customer service and facilities were terrible, and the price is definitely too high for the services and space they claim to offer. One day there was no hot water for a shower, and good luck getting the WiFi to work. Breakfast was plain white bread, coffee, and fruit 😵😵😵. The coffee was good, though.

I stayed for one night and found the staff amazing. The hotel is accessible to people from all social classes, with a nice view and pleasant surroundings, including the garden and trees around the hospital. The food and breakfast were delicious.
