A really nice hotel, with standards that felt top notch 🙏🏾

There was a really noisy corporate party in the garden, which made it hard to enjoy the evening. Our two rooms had just one mosquito net, and it was too small for the bed. The restaurant took two hours to serve us, and two of our five orders never arrived. The dish we specifically asked to be made vegetarian came with chicken.

The beds were comfortable enough and the staff were friendly, but I struggled to get a good night's sleep. The walls were thin, so there was lots of noise, and the water pressure was weak when there was water at all. I'm sure some rooms were quieter, but I could hear music and people past midnight.

The food and drinks had a good range, and there was a lovely sauna, gym and massage. The facilities were nice and clean, with hot water, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When I arrived at silent hill hotel from akagera nation pack, I got nice service. Perfect services while I was there, definitely recommend.

The bathroom was really bad, and the hotel wasn't at all what its description said. I waited ages for food, about 1.5 hours. The people there felt more than creepy and seemed to try to mess with you. Worst place I've been in Afrika.
