Captivating 7-bed House in Kigali, Rwanda

Bongo and his brother helped us find a car and negotiate a fair price, which was a good example of how kind and helpful the staff were. My wife and I stayed at "MyPlace" for a little over a week and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location worked well for both the airport and the city's main attractions. Thank you for the great stay, rafiki.

I had a lovely time at Myplace apartment over the weekend. The welcome made me feel at home, and the living room and bedroom had a stylish, beautiful design. It was a comfortable place to stay. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

The apartments have a modern style, security, and cooperative staff. My place is responsive to customers, and the rooms are clean and furnished. They provide water, electricity, and internet. The other apartments in the building need more work. Most of all, people are friendly.

I travel a lot, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I booked a suite, then was told it wasn't available and was put in a room with a shared bathroom. At 10 p.m. the owner asked me to pay the rate for the more expensive room. I said that's what I'd ordered, but I hadn't received it and wanted to pay for the room I was given. He got very angry, shouted, called his employees, and said he would take the money by force if I didn't pay. Because it was late and there was a nighttime COVID curfew, I felt I had no choice and paid what he demanded. He refused to give me an invoice at first, and only agreed after I called Booking customer service. The room was terrible, with only a bed and no pillows. There was no breakfast in the morning, even though I'd booked and paid for it.
