The apartment is nicely furnished, and they provide water and clean it every day. It’s in a convenient spot across from a nice coffee place and close to a farmers’ market store. Noise can be an issue on weekends, though, with the restaurant/bar nearby and the walls being thin.

The staff and reception were excellent, but dealing with the owner of unit 1105 was a very bad experience. I think her name was florence. She overcharged me, acted dishonestly, and shared private personal information. I’d strongly caution future guests about dealing with this owner.

A friendly staff and a great place to stay. It’s worth considering in Kigali, and there’s a nice restaurant nearby.

The townhouse apartments are beautiful and classy. There’s a nice pool, good security, and the neighborhood is good too.

It’s an okay place in a good location in nyarutarama. The noisy bar next door is a problem, and there’s an apartment block under construction at the moment. Heavy machinery is running late at night and early in the morning.
