The worst experience ever. The room was infested with bedbugs, and I've been left with itchy skin. The bites affected my face, arms and back and are still spreading. I'm stuck dealing with this, and the hotel has faced no consequences.

A comfortable, snug hotel about 20 minutes from the airport. The rooms have a safe, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. They serve fresh, delicious food around the clock, and breakfast starts at 5am.

The staff were friendly, the food was nice, and the rooms were comfortable.

The grounds are a sight to behold, and the roads from Kigali airport to the hotel are very good, apart from some traffic. It's a beautiful Rwandan hotel with a nice atmosphere and modern facilities. Service was very good, and there was a great variety of traditional and Continental food. I also really liked the buffet at every meal, from breakfast through lunch and dinner.

There's a good range of local and continental food, and the rooms come with a small fridge, water boiler for tea, TV, office desk/chair and a small balcony with a table and chair. Rooms are available for standard guests, under 18 and VIP. The place is good for all ages and available 24/7, with good security and a surveillance system installed. Bar and restaurant, swimming pool, massage, conférence rooms service are available. Parking is limited, but there's commercial parking Space next to the hotel. The cost is acceptable.
