The rooms aren’t great, and I wouldn’t choose this place for a family trip or a solo visit.

Greenwich hotel worked well for me. The room prices are affordable, the WiFi is fast, and breakfast is okay.

10/10
The rooftop pool and restaurant were top-notch, and the city views from the spacious, elegantly designed rooms were breathtaking. Staff were warm from the moment I arrived and went out of their way to help, making the stay comfortable and memorable. Hotel Greenwich in Kigali, Rwanda is a great choice for business or leisure, and exceeded my expectations.

I had to keep asking for drinking water and toilet paper, and the hospitality was poor. The rooms were too small and had outdated equipment. I switched rooms three times, but every mattress was extremely hard and left me with backaches each morning. I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

It’s a cheap place on the road to the airport, close to Remera roundabout, where there are good restaurants and plenty of shops and supermarkets. Breakfast is complimentary for all guests. The hotel is a bit small and doesn’t have enough parking.
