The views of Kigali from my room were fantastic, and I would stay here again. The rooms are a good size, and the place is clean, with friendly and helpful people and a very good breakfast. Water pressure was a little low, as expected, and the bed was hard, which I like, though the beds seemed to vary between rooms in our group. Thank you for looking after us all.

I went for a Rotary clueering clearing. The meeting rooms were a good size, and the staff attentive. Classy setting with a nice feel. The bar is small but cozy, and the mini restaurant is cozy too, with a glass window looking out. Serene and minimalist. Nice.

I really enjoyed my week here. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, the food was great, and the suite was the highlight. Its living room gave me plenty of space to comfortably host colleagues. There’s also a gym, steam room, and sauna, and I treated myself to an incredibly relaxing massage before leaving. The downside was no air conditioning in the suite, which made parts of the night uncomfortable. I hope they improve that. I’d be happy to come back.

A quiet spot in a great location, and I'd recommend the hotel. Highlands Suites Hotel is very comfortable and spacious, with clean rooms and bathrooms and furniture in perfect condition.

The hotel has a serene setting and a lovely view of the city, and the restaurant reception was lovely and entertaining. Service could be better, though. We had no hot water in the room for more than half of our stay, and internet connectivity in the rooms was very poor.
