I liked the buffet and the way everything was organized. The room service and other food service were great too. It’s a nice hotel and a good place to take a cool break before things get busy. Keep it up, and come visit. A reminder: don’t stay home ♨️

I finally got to visit. The customer care was good, and they sent someone to pick my friend and me up from the airport. It’s a three-star hotel, and the rooms could use quite a bit of improvement. Kigali was cold at night in May, but I still needed AC during the day. The hotel is very close to the city center, so it was easy to get around to the parliament building, “The Dome,” the Genocide memorial Museum, the Art Centre, and Kigali heights mall. I love Rwanda! Kigali is an extremely clean and organized city. Cheers!

I spent nearly three months at this hotel because of Covid-19, and I can’t really complain. It’s right in the center of Kigali, so you can get around on foot. The director is available, and the staff are kind and helpful. Just don’t expect four- or five-star service or accommodation. If you’re after that, you know where to go. For people who are fine with a simpler place, including those who’ve been Scouts or done military service, it’s a great location at an affordable price. Some people want everything for a cheap price, though.

It’s low cost and centrally located, with caring attendants, neat rooms, fair Wi-Fi, and breakfast included. There’s no AC in the rooms, but the weather gets very cold.

This was the worst experience I had in Africa. The furniture is dated, housekeeping wasn’t proper, and the room felt so depressing. There weren’t even sockets to charge my phone. I’m not going back for anything.
