The staff were friendly and good, and the breakfast was good too. But at $60, the room was overpriced for what it offered. In room 209, the bathroom smelled, cooking aromas from the kitchen came into the room and were choking, and the bathroom leaked after a shower. The sliding door was broken and took a lot of force to move. Maintenance is poor.

Legend Hotel has a relaxing atmosphere and lovely design, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with thoughtful details around the hotel. The location is handy for getting to many attractions and exploring the city. I had an unforgettable stay and would definitely return.

The attic room gave us a beautiful view of the city. I stayed at Legend hotel for a 5-day vacation in Kigali, Rwanda last year in August, and the online booking was easy. Service was very satisfactory from check-in through checkout. Great hotel, keep it up.

I was only passing through Kigali, Rwanda and booked one night at Legend hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were nice, but the furnished room was old. The first room had no hot water, and the second was tiny, with no hot water at the sink and such a weak shower that no water came out. I’ll never come back.

Really bad hotel. They tamper with guests’ personal things when they leave them in the rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it.
