Prince and Felix deserve a special mention. The trainers are supportive, know their stuff, and are always willing to offer guidance so members can get more out of their workouts. Their professionalism and upbeat attitude make a real difference. The gym, pool, sauna, and steam room are all well equipped and kept to a high standard. I had a great experience here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for good facilities and helpful staff.

We went for a business meeting, and it turned out well. There was a brief delay getting our space ready because another meeting had been scheduled there, but the team dealt with it professionally and got everything arranged properly. The staff were attentive and made sure we had what we needed, so it was a very good experience.

The terrace at sunrise is what I remember best, and the bar stayed open into the early hours, so I made good use of it. Staff were polite and attentive throughout. I was only there once for a conference and didn’t have much time to explore. The room was clean and functional, though a little dated and not especially inspiring. It’s fine for a four-star, just not my style. There’s a pool and gym, but I didn’t get to either. A solid four-star stay.

The rooms were kept in excellent condition, and the service was consistently prompt and courteous. Gatete Charles deserves special thanks. From the professional, warm welcome at reception to the room service, the whole team made my stay memorable. Their hospitality and care with the details really stood out. Congratulations to the management and staff, I’ll gladly recommend the hotel to others.
