There’s a peaceful community feel at Phoenix Apartment, and it feels like home away from home. Residents have Wi-Fi, a gym, a pool, two restaurants and a supermarket. The views are breathtaking, the customer service is great, and Nyandungu Ecological Park is just a 10-minute walk away.

Be careful with your money and clothes when you leave. The housekeeper takes them, and nobody says anything to them. Worst place ever.

I wouldn’t recommend this for a business trip. The TV didn’t work, the bed was broken and the beds are really low. The food wasn’t nice at all.

The studio was clean, well equipped and looked after, and the service was outstanding. I had the best experience, with a great view over Kigali Eco Park. I’ll definitely come back soon.

The location is good, near the park, and the staff are friendly.
