I’ll book here whenever I visit Rwanda, as long as there’s availability. It’s outside the city, but close to most places, and you can get around Rwanda easily by bike or taxi. During my week here, I had a peaceful stay in a quiet, very clean place. The apartments were clean too, and the welcoming staff responded quickly to questions and requests and made sure I was comfortable. I also felt very safe. After a long, stressful day, I accidentally left my purse outside the door while looking for my key. My passport, cards, and money were inside, and I hadn’t realized I’d forgotten it. A few hours later, reception called to tell me. The staff had picked it up and kept it safe. When the lady brought it upstairs, everything was still there. Thank you so much to her, and may God bless you, my dear sister. If you’re planning a trip to Rwanda, don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t regret it.

The friendly, welcoming staff made a good impression, and I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Kigali. The apartment sits on a hill with views over the city and airport, plus a lovely terrace. The room is a decent size, and guests can use the well-equipped shared lounge, which has a kitchenette for cooking and socializing, a nice sofa, and a smart TV for music and videos.

We had a great stay at Q plus Apartment and will come back! The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Our room was clean, spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Housekeeping did a great job. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and restaurants. Thanks for hosting us!
