The Nest

At Easter dinner, chef Angelique walked us through each dish and its ingredients. She was an angel, and her creativity made the food look colorful as well as delicious. The place is quiet and beautiful, in a convenient area near the airport and business registration center. Some of the space includes other hotel rooms used as a dormitory. Highly recommend.

I came back to The Nest for a family dinner. The setting and service were still great, but the meal disappointed. We ordered Nile Perch, sweet potato gnocchi, and ravioli. The fish was hot inside but soft, almost steamed, on the outside, and the sauces on both pasta dishes overwhelmed the flavor of the gnocchi and ravioli. At those prices, I expected better execution and stronger flavors. I’d still come for coffee or a drink and enjoy the space, but dinner didn’t match it. My earlier visit was much better. The Nest had recently reopened after renovations and felt like a quiet little find. The coffee was excellent, and it worked both as a place to get some work done and somewhere to relax and enjoy the look of the restaurant. The staff were warm and attentive.

The staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The food was delicious and beautifully plated, and the view was stunning. Such a great experience, definitely 10/10! 😍

I loved the bird nest theme, which gave the place a calm, relaxing feel. The rooms were very comfortable, and the food and drinks were delicious. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful, and getting a massage after a long journey was a lovely bonus.
