We'd nearly forgotten about this place after close to a year away, with so many new restaurants opening around Kigali. Coming back was a good decision. The food was awesome, especially the desserts. Even with our big group, the service stayed attentive. The meal arrived on time, and drinks were refilled almost on time.

The hotel restaurant is awesome, one of the best in Kigali. The hotel itself is a great place to travel to or stay longer, with a good price for the quality. The staff are so nice and friendly.

4/10
The location is convenient and secure, close to downtown, and the hotel was clean. The team gave me great customer service and were brilliant. But I had a terrible night because my room was right below the kitchen. It sounded like sleeping under a construction site. Kitchen work stopped at midnight, only after I called several times without anything being done, then started again at 5 in the morning. I'd suggest the manager soundproof those rooms or turn them into storage or offices. Thank you, respectfully.

The Bistro has a nice atmosphere and views, and the food and service were great. Highly recommend it.

The lunch and dinner menu was really good, and the service was top notch. The rooms are huge and very clean, and the accommodation was great. My only suggestion is to give breakfast a bit more variety.
