OYO 369 Arwa Alqosor

Abdulla looked after us during our stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, though you may need to ask for spoons and forks. During Ramadan there were limited staff available to help. We had a standard room, which was neat and clean, and the hallway was spacious. There’s dedicated guest parking, and it’s a quiet place for families visiting ABHA city. It’s also near lovely parks and restaurants. The price was reasonable and lower than other hotels, though our room phone didn’t work. The toiletries should include soap, shampoo, and towels, and the kitchen could use an oven.

Ants made the stay really disturbing, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t good quality, and the hotel needs to improve its hygiene. There was no carpeting either. The location is very good, with a laundry and grocery shop and other things nearby, but the stay was still very uncomfortable.

The staff were really nice and accommodating, and the room was spacious with a good view in a convenient location. But the beds were broken, and although the bathroom was big, it wasn’t very clean. The room rate was quite expensive.

I’d just checked in and was already disappointed. The room smelled bad, the kitchen cabinets weren’t clean, and the toilet was in very bad shape with water leaking. There wasn’t even a mirror in the toilet, so how was I supposed to shave? I’ve paid and will be staying for a week, but this was a very bad experience. I won’t try it again.
