I wouldn't recommend this hotel, even though it's in the center of Abha. The room was not clean, and no one came to clean it during our three days there, despite several calls. They kept saying they'd come, then later said nobody was available. It seems there's only one person per shift handling everything. The food wasn't the best, and breakfast was disorganized because the guest list hadn't been updated. The shower has no door, so water gets all over the bathroom. There was a fridge with complimentary juice and KitKat, but when we asked for a bigger room, we never got a reply.

Breakfast was really good, and the location worked well. There was plenty of parking, and the room was small but reasonable for a couple. The room service attendant was rude and behaved badly the whole time, so I filed a complaint at reception. The kettle was very dirty, and the mug handle had been glued back on.

The bed was so comfortable, and the rooms were clean. I loved how good the lobby smelled, and the bathrooms had a nice scent too. We got clean towels, plus complimentary juice and chocolate for our two children each day. I love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.

The car was clean, well kept, and matched its description. The driver was punctual, courteous, and knew the routes well, so I felt safe and comfortable during the trip. Booking was simple, and from my first contact DS Rent a Car, the staff were quick to respond, polite, and helpful. They seem reliable and trustworthy, and I’d recommend them for business, family trips, or special occasions. They really try to make sure customers are satisfied. Great job, DS team!
