After traveling nearly 9 hours from Jeddah, I was exhausted and expecting a place to rest. Instead, I had to find another hotel at the last minute and pay more, which caused a lot of extra stress. I had booked through Booking.com and received confirmation from the hotel that the booking was confirmed. But when I arrived, the receptionist said there was no room available. They had given my reserved room to someone who arrived before me, despite that person not having an online booking. I had arrived well before the 11 PM check-in time stated in my confirmation email. I contacted Booking.com several times for help, but got no meaningful support or resolution, and spent 51 riyals on calls to customer service. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, with unprofessional conduct and unhelpful staff. I strongly advise against booking here and suggest looking for another option.

I booked an apartment for four people for one night in Abha on 02 February 2025, for 160 SAR. Hygiene is the first thing I look for in a hotel, and this place was very clean. The apartment has all the daily-use items, well-equipped washrooms, fire extinguishers, lovely paintings welcoming you inside, and beautiful sofas in the lounge. There's plenty of parking, a petrol pump right nearby, an ATM, and a Petromin oil change shop. A 24/7 supermarket and a Sheesha shop are both within 50 meters, along with lots of other useful things. The hotel is very good, great value for money, and I'd highly recommend a visit.

The lifts weren’t working properly, and the basement parking area was gloomy. There was no room service or phone service, and the noise at night was hard to ignore.

A little on the expensive side, but still a good stay.
