It’s a new facility, and the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Service was efficient, and there’s a small market nearby. The hotel is a little way from the city center, but everything else was within a five-minute drive.

The room had plenty of tea bags and water, and came with an iron and board, kettle, and hair dryer. The rooms were clean. The heater had a problem, but they quickly moved us to another room and sorted it out. Check-in took half an hour because of a system issue, and they apologized afterward. The hospitality was great.

For a reasonably priced stay in Abha, I think this is one of the best hotels. Rana at reception deserves special thanks for her lovely hospitality. One suggestion for the Qimam hotel management: the jacuzzi room’s small water heater should be replaced with a larger one that can heat enough water to fill the jacuzzi.

Rana and the rest of the staff gave professional, attentive customer service. The place was clean and felt luxurious, and I felt I got my money’s worth. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends.
