I came from Washington DC and stayed in Afif for a few days. The staff were great and happy to help. My room was spacious and spotless, with nice décor and crisp sheets. Great hotel.

We stayed in room 317, and the service was very poor. The bathroom tap barely worked, with the water coming out very slowly, and the kitchen door was broken and never replaced. The rooms weren't cleaned every day. I told them many times, but nothing was done. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The rooms weren't cleaned properly, and the bathroom smelled really bad. They didn't provide any air freshener. Foreign guests especially didn't seem to like Samaya's service. Very poor service.

The furniture was in good condition and the prices were very affordable, though the atmosphere was just average. The internet connection was the main issue, it was very weak in the room. ☹️

For a four-star category, the service was the worst. The facilities felt like they belonged in a one-star place. They didn't provide proper materials, and what was there wasn't working.
