The prices here are very reasonable and the staff are extremely polite and helpful with whatever you need. Some furnished apartments nearby charge 600 for a room whether you like it or not, so this hotel feels much more cooperative about pricing. The rooms are pleasant and clean, and the place feels like a distinguished hotel. Very nice.
We were greeted so warmly and sincerely by the staff and the venue during our 3 nights and 4 days here. The rooms were tidy and clean, and the setting felt refined and luxurious, with superb quality and workmanship. Thanks to Mr. Tayip for looking after us.
Everything you need is close by, from restaurants and grocery stores to a gas station. The location is excellent, and inside it's quiet, upscale, and spotlessly clean. The service was more than wonderful, and the reception staff were very polite.
The reception staff were exceptionally respectful, especially Al-Tayeb, who is Sudanese. The hotel itself is wonderful, and the location is fantastic, with all kinds of services and famous restaurants right at the same spot. There's even a Turkish sweets shop in the hotel with incredible baklava and kunafa. Everything you might need is nearby. In short, a great experience.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the split AC sits right above your head and makes a lot of noise. The bathroom fan never shuts off either. It's an old place that's been renovated, but the mattress and room were only averagely clean, with air freshener sprayed over them. None of the kitchen items were provided.
